Shipping Policy

 

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. More regions coming soon.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time and cost

Standard shipping takes 6-12 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50; orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.95. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email support@vantirecovery.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

 

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import VAT or duties depending on order value. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to support@vantirecovery.com within 48 hours and we'll send a free replacement. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship it or issue a full refund - your choice.
