14-day open purchase

You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. To start a return, email support@vantirecovery.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, send a photo and your order number to support@vantirecovery.com and we will ship a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item and there is no return shipping to pay.

 

Hygiene exception

For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and breath trainers can only be returned if they are unopened.

 

Final sale

Discounted and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
