How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from US warehouses within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is the 14-day open purchase?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing support@vantirecovery.com with your order number.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo and your order number and we ship a free replacement. No return shipping, no forms, no questions asked.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Shopify with full encryption. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and we never see or store your card details.
How do I choose the right size for the knee sleeves?
Measure around your knee at mid-kneecap and match it to the size chart on the VANTI Grip product page. Between sizes? Size down for a tighter, more supportive fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will update or cancel it.
